Hi friends, my name is Alex and I want to thank you for taking the time to explore this page.
I am grateful that we have found each other. I began this journey as a certified, trauma-informed, breathwork & sound healing facilitator & I now specialize in Heart-Centered Business Creation mentoring.
In short, I help wellness practitioners & aspiring coaches create, design & launch their very own heart-centered business & support them in landing their first high-ticket coaching client.
My mission has always been in support of the deeper calling of humanity– to restore health, regenerate lands, & reconnect to the source of all well-being & this is the heart & vision of my business.
To give you some perspective –Since the beginning of 2022, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of students & clients all experiencing blocks and stressors that were limiting their life & their ability to create from a conscious place.
With all the students & clients that I have working with, what I have found is that there is actually a formula to overcoming these barriers & begin thriving in your life & truly living your purpose.
The best part is that this formula doesn't involve spending years in therapy or walking barefoot in the snow for ten miles to and from school-uphill... (although that may test your willpower)😄
